These shorter trips are designed for little ones who are excited about fishing but might not have the stamina for a longer day. Tony keeps the pace relaxed and fun, making sure everyone gets hands-on time without anyone getting tired or overwhelmed. You’d be surprised how much action you can pack into two hours when you know where to go.
Starting times: 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, or 4:30 PM

3-Hour Fishing Charter
For anglers ready to really get after it
The 3-hour trips give you more time to explore different spots, try different techniques, and put more fish in the cooler. Tony tailors these charters based on what’s biting and what you want to learn. Don’t worry if you’re not sure you’re “experienced enough”—Tony’s been teaching people to fish for decades, and he’ll meet you at your skill level and help you improve.
Starting times: 6:30 AM or 10:30 AM
Cost: $448 for up to 4 guests
2.5-Hour Sunset Charter
Tony’s favorite time to be on the water
There’s something special about being out on the bay as the sun starts to drop. The light gets golden, the water calms down, and the fish start feeding as the day cools off. Bring your dinner, catch some fish, and watch one of Ocean City’s famous sunsets from the best seat in the house. These sunset charters book up fast, especially during the summer months.

2 HR “Back Bay” Intro To Fishing on August 4, 2025 • 3 adults
I recently took my two daughters on their very first fishing trip in Ocean City, MD, and it was an experience we’ll never forget! We went out with Captain Tony, and even though the fishing conditions weren’t ideal that day, he made the entire trip enjoyable, educational, and fun for all of us.
Captain Tony was patient, friendly, and great with the kids—he took the time to teach them how to cast and reel in, and his passion for being on the water really showed. Despite the less-than-perfect conditions, we managed to catch three flounder, and one of them was a keeper! You should’ve seen the excitement on my daughters’ faces—it was priceless.
It was more than just a fishing trip; it was quality family time with some exciting catches along the way. Highly recommend booking a trip with Captain Tony if you’re in Ocean City—especially if you’re bringing kids or looking for a first-time fishing adventure. We’ll definitely be back for another trip!

AM 3 Hour Back Bay Morning Trip on July 21, 2025 • 2 adults • 1 child
Booked a 3hr trip on 7/21 with Saltwater Adventures. Capt. Tony was very knowledgable and put us on fish within 30mins. It was my 7 y/o grandsons first time out and Capt. Tony was great with him. He was very patient, and went out of his way to make sure he was included in every aspect of our trip. By the time our trip was finished we caught close to 20 fish (croaker, flounder and sea bass). And capped it off with a 22in flounder to take home. I cant say enough how much we enjoyed the morning. And will definitely be our first choice for future trips.

What You Can Expect On This Fishing Charter?
Tony’s been running Ocean City fishing charters since 2007 and has logged over 1,672 days fishing these inshore waters. He knows where the fish are, what they’re biting on, and how to put you on them regardless of conditions. But more importantly, he loves sharing that knowledge with you.
His approach changes based on the season, the species, and the tides for that particular day. Sometimes you’ll drift the flats, channel edges and deep holes. Other times, you’ll anchor up around bridge pilings or jetties where the fish stack up. When conditions are right, casting artificials is a blast. Tony uses a mix of live bait and lures depending on what’s working, and before each trip, he’ll discuss the game plan so you know exactly what to expect.
